RI has been a functioning business since 2005 and has attained considerable
growth over that period. We have clients in four different countries relying on RI
products and services, varying from government agencies to ski resorts, production companies and mountain bike operations.

Can RI's servers handle heavy traffic load?


We currently have four servers delivering huge amounts of content to our clients, such as

Can urgent and regular support be handled?


If something is wrong with the turnkey platform, it's probably wrong for
everybody, not just you. That means it's going to be a top priority to fix.

Our guaranteed server uptime is 99.98% however the average is higher than that
and each month often operates at 100%.

MVP™ has built-in media distribution outlets and automated syndication to YouTube and Facebook.

What happens if the worst happens, do you backup content?


We do nightly backups of client files to a back up drive in our Auckland development office. Database wise, we currently run replication accross our three USA servers, and on top of that we take incremental database backups to file nightly.

We have a CMS and don't want to have multiple logins to manage content, is this possible?


No sweat, we have a "CMS Merge" application that sits inside your web site's
CMS and automatically opens and logs in to RI applications. You only need one login from one location.

Our brand identity is very important, how can this be assured?


This is a major feature of RI applications and something we are strongly
focused on, with over 20 different player configurations along with two player
design controls, almost anything is possible. We don't place our logos on your players - you've paid for that space so it belongs to you

Can we monetize or make a measurable return on our investment?


Built in to our applications is an advertising manager where all pre-roll
advertising is controlled and managed. You upload your sponsor's ad
messages or your own internal ads, and assign them to display before chosen
content. Several of our clients not only pay for their entire license fee through advertising, they actually make a profit. Not only are you increasing site traffic, brand awareness and marketing opportunities, you're doing it while making money directly from having the products on your website.
