Automatic Log in options / CMS merge

You can integrate MVP with your CMS to give clients a seamless admin expereince. This can be achieved by making a hyperlink to the CMS or using the same link with an iFrame to visually embed the MVP within your own CMS. The link contains a user name and password so using the iFrame method to hide sensitive information from prying eyes is preferred.

The URL to automatically log in to the demo MVP and show a launch button is https://www.resorts-interactive.com/mvp/
admin/?e=demo&p=demo&small=true. Note the e=demo and p=demo, these are email and password respectively. You can replace these with your client's login details.

The URL above can be use with an iFrame to display one of our pre-built launch buttons like so:

You can also remove the small=true variable from the URL and change the iFrame size to 350x260 for a login button with some extra options:

To log in directly to the CMS without a pre-built launch button use the following URL:

https://www.resorts-interactive.com/mvp/
mvp.php?id=28&e=demo&p=demo&admin=true. Note the id=28 and admin=true variables, these are both required. e=demo and p=demo are present just like the button option above.

Use the following iFrame HTML to embed a logged in full admin within your CMS:

Branding the MVP admin with a banner

Log in to your MVP admin. Right click the checkered area at the top and select "Upload Banner".

File types: jpg, gif, png and Flash swf.

Size: 800x60 pixels.

To remove the banner, right click and select "Delete Banner".

Searchword playlists

Dynamic search-word playlists

Like the Searchword playlists avaiable within MVP admin, you can also create them on the fly with your own code and change options by altering variables in the embed code. A basic searchword playlist made with code looks like this:

Notice the searchWords=snow,board,park. This will search through the user's MVP library and find title, descrition and keyword matches with the words "snow", "board" and "park".

Here's a list of the other available variables to change the results and layout of the playlist:

1 (Top to bottom)

0 (Don't search keywords)
1 (Search keywords - default)

useTitle
Values:
0 (Don't search title)
1 (Search title - default)

useDesc
Values:
0 (Don't search description)
1 (Search description - default)

useUserVids
Values:
0 (Don't search user videos)
1 (Search user videos - default)

useAdminVids
Values:
0 (Don't search admin videos)
1 (Search admin videos - default)

resultsNum
Values:
1-99 (Default = 99)

viewType
Values:
0 (Thumbnail view)
1 (Description view - default)

orderType
Values:
0 (Order chronologically - default)
1 (Order alphabetically)

2 (Order by view stats)

autoPlay
Values:
0 (Only play the selected video - default)
1 (If available, play the next video in the list)

name
Type a sring to replace the default heading of the playlist (only seen in thumbnail view).

subCat
Type the ID number of a subCategory (playlist) to limit results so as to only show videos from that playlist. You can obtain this number by viewing the URL of the podcast for that playlist.
